El aeropuerto internacional Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas recibe todos los vuelos comerciales que llegan a Madrid. Está situado a 12 kilómetros al noreste de la capital y cuenta con cuatro terminales en funcionamiento.
El aeropuerto dispone de servicio gratuito de asistencia a los pasajeros con movilidad reducida. Solicita asistencia para que a tu llegada al aeropuerto todo esté dispuesto, por teléfono (902 404 704 / (+34) 91 321 10 00) o a través del formulario de la aplicación móvil de AENA (Android, iOS). Las personas con discapacidad auditiva pueden solicitar la asistencia a través de la aplicación móvil Telesor (Android, iOS) que funciona como un chat. ¿Cómo llegar en taxi? Si eres una persona usuaria de silla de ruedas te recomendamos solicitar un taxi adaptado o eurotaxi con antelación o cuando llegues al aeropuerto. Si no necesitas eurotaxi, ve directamente a la parada, hay que ignorar a los espontáneos que ofrecen sus servicios en el interior de los terminales. Hay una tarifa fija de 30 € para los servicios entre el aeropuerto y el centro de la ciudad (interior de la autovía de circunvalación Calle 30).
¿Cómo llegar en Metro? La línea 8 (Nuevos Ministerios-Aeropuerto T4) une la capital con el aeropuerto internacional de Barajas. A la T4 se tarda menos de 20 minutos y al resto de terminales, sólo 12 minutos. Todas las estaciones de la línea 8 son accesibles para usuarios de silla de ruedas.
¿Cómo llegar en autobús? Coge el Bus Exprés del aeropuerto, con servicio las 24 horas desde Atocha (entre las 6:00 y 23:30 horas) y Cibeles. Con paradas en O'Donnell (confluencia con Doctor Esquerdo), T1, T2 y T4.
¿Cómo llegar en tren de Cercanías? La red de trenes de cercanías pone a tu disposición este servicio entre la estación de Príncipe Pio y la T4 de Barajas, con la nueva línea C-1. Este recorrido se realiza con salidas cada media hora. El tren y las estaciones de la línea C-1 es accesible para usuarios de silla de ruedas. En el caso de tener el billete de AVE, este trayecto de conexión con el Aeropuerto se podrá realizar de manera gratuita.

If you are a wheelchair user we recommend you request an adapted taxi or a Eurotaxi in advance or when you arrive at the airport. If you do not require a Eurotaxi, go straight to the taxi rank and avoid the unofficial drivers who offer their services inside the terminals. There is a flat fare of €30 for journeys between the airport and the city centre (within the M-30 orbital motorway).
How to Arrive by Underground (Metro). Line 8 (Nuevos Ministerios-Airport Terminal 4) links the capital to the international airport in Barajas. It takes 20 minutes to get to Terminal 4 and only 12 minutes to get to the other terminals. All the stations on Line 8 are accessible for wheelchair users.
How to Arrive by Bus. Catch the airport Bus Exprés, which offers practically a 24 hour service from Atocha (from 6am until 11.30pm) and Cibeles. There are stops in O'Donnell (at the junction with Doctor Esquerdo), and at Terminals 1, 2 and 4.
How to Arrive by Train (Cercanías). The region’s rail network provides you with a service from Príncipe Pío station to airport Terminal 4 via the new Line C-1. This service runs every half hour. The trains and stations on Line C-1 are accessible for wheelchair users. Passengers holding AVE (high speed intercity train) tickets can make this train journey to/from the airport free of charge
